Initial inspection.
Before cleaning begins, every couch is carefully inspected so we can identify wear, damage, and anything that may need extra attention.
- ✓ On-site at pickup: We check between cushions, deep crevices, joint stability, and underneath the sofa.
- ✓ At our warehouse: We reinspect the frame, overall cleanliness, and any areas that may need repair.
- ✓ Any problem areas are identified before the detailed cleaning process begins.
We inspect every couch at pickup and again at our warehouse before moving forward with the cleaning process.
Cushion cover cleaning & repair prep.
Next, we focus on the removable covers, fabric, and any areas that need repair before deep cleaning begins.
- ✓ Remove washable cushion covers for a thorough cleaning.
- ✓ Wash using our custom cleaning formula to help sanitize and deodorize the fabric.
- ✓ Inspect the fabric and frame while the covers are removed.
- ✓ Repair rips, tears, or weak seams when needed.
Removing the covers gives us better access to the couch and lets us address areas that are easy to miss during a basic surface clean.
Deep vacuuming & dehairing.
Every surface is cleared of dust, debris, and pet hair before the deeper fabric cleaning begins.
- ✓ Vacuum all surfaces, seams, crevices, and in-between areas.
- ✓ Remove embedded pet hair using specialized brushes and cleaning tools.
- ✓ Use high-suction equipment to remove debris trapped deep in the fabric.
- ✓ Prepare the fabric for the extraction and deep-cleaning stage.
Removing loose debris and embedded hair first allows the next stage of the cleaning process to work more effectively.
Deep cleaning, extraction & drying.
This is where we lift deep-set dirt from the fabric and bring the couch back to a fresh, clean finish.
- ✓ Pre-spray the fabric with our cleaning solution.
- ✓ Drill-brush the fabric to help loosen embedded grime.
- ✓ Use a heated extractor to remove dirt and excess cleaning solution.
- ✓ Fully dry the sofa using commercial fans.
Our extraction process goes beyond the surface to remove built-up dirt while preparing the couch for its final detailing.
Final touches & quality check.
Once the deep cleaning is complete, we finish every couch with the details that get it ready for its next home.
- ✓ De-pill the fabric for a cleaner, smoother finish.
- ✓ Restuff cushions when they’ve lost shape or firmness.
- ✓ Complete a final detailed inspection for cleanliness and quality.
- ✓ Professionally stage and protect the couch with plastic wrap for delivery.
After the final quality check, the couch is staged, protected, and ready for delivery.
