Do you accept donations instead of purchases?

Yes! If you prefer to donate your couch, we’re happy to accept it as long as it meets our quality standards. Even better, we’ll still plant a tree for every donated couch that finds a new home.

Do I need to clean my furniture before submitting it?

A quick wipe-down or vacuum is appreciated, but not required. Since we professionally clean all furniture before resale, we’re mostly concerned with structural integrity and the absence of permanent stains, tears, or odors.

Are there any couches you won’t take?

Yes, we cannot accept couches that:

  • Have a floral pattern or outdated design
  • Are singular, low-end couches
  • Have bugs or infestations
  • Have any major structural flaws
  • Have rips in high-traffic areas
  • Have bleach stains
  • Cannot be removed from the space without breaking them

Do you charge for pickup?

Nope, pickup is 100% free as long as your couch meets our acceptance criteria.

What if my couch is on an upper floor or in a tight space?

No problem! Just let us know in advance on the form, we’re pros at navigating stairs and small spaces.

Do you break apart couches if they don’t fit through doors or tight spaces?

No, we don’t break apart couches like some other services (e.g., Dr. Sofa). If your couch cannot physically fit through doors, stairways, or tight spaces, you would need to use another service to remove it.

Can I drop off my couch instead of having it picked up?

We don’t accept drop-offs at this time. To ensure quality control and proper handling, all pickups are coordinated and carried out by our in-house team. This allows us to inspect furniture on-site, handle transportation safely, and make the process as easy as possible for you. Once your submission is approved, we’ll schedule a pickup time that works for you, no heavy lifting required on your end!

I want to get rid of my couch fast, can you help?

If you're in a hurry (moving out, clearing space, etc.), let us know in your message. We’ll do our best to expedite the review and pickup process. Same-day or next-day pickups may be possible in certain areas.

Can I schedule a pickup on the same day?

In some cases, same-day pickup is possible if it fits with our route, but most of the time we’ll need a couple of days’ notice to schedule your pickup.

Do you buy used couches?

Yes! We purchase gently used sofas, sectionals, loveseats, pullouts and recliners. We’re always on the lookout for quality pre-owned furniture to refurbish and give a second life. Every piece is inspected to ensure it meets our quality standards. If your couch is in good structural condition and free of major damage, we’d love to hear from you.

How will I get paid when I sell my couch?

We pay cash in person at the time of pickup. Once you submit your couch for review, we’ll send you a quote via email and text. If you accept the offer, we’ll schedule a pickup and you’ll get paid on the spot!

What happens to my couch after you take it?

Every piece is thoroughly inspected, professionally cleaned, and carefully restored. Once it meets our quality standards, it’s added to our collection and sold at a fraction of the original retail price saving it from the landfill and giving it a second life.

How long does it take from scheduling pickup to payment?

Payment is made in cash when our delivery drivers arrive to pick up your couch. Typically, the entire process is completed within 7 days.
