At House of Couches, we provide fast, reliable, and full-service delivery of high-quality pre-owned couches across Long Island and New York City, including Suffolk County, Nassau County, Queens, Brooklyn, the Bronx, and Manhattan.

Delivery Timeframe

All couches are delivered within 7 days of purchase. After placing your order, our team will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time that works best for you. In rare cases, delivery may take longer than 7 days due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances; if this occurs, you will be promptly notified of any delays.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to the following regions:

• Long Island
• 4 boroughs of New York City (Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx)

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are based on:

• Size of the couch
• Walk-up vs. elevator access
  
• Additional charges may apply for walk-up deliveries (no elevator access)

All delivery fees will be clearly communicated before scheduling is confirmed.

Delivery & Setup Process

Our delivery team provides white-glove service, which includes:

• Bringing the couch into your home
• Setting it up in the room of your choice
• Ensuring placement and condition are satisfactory before leaving

Please make sure the delivery area is cleared and accessible at the time of arrival.

Fit & Access Responsibility

It is your responsibility to measure all doorways, stairwells, hallways, and elevators ahead of time. If the couch cannot fit, no refund will be issued, but we can refer you to a trusted third-party disassembly service if needed.

Missed or Rescheduled Deliveries

If you're unavailable at the confirmed delivery time, a redelivery fee may apply. Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to reschedule.
